About The Book
There is a question that lives inside every human being, arriving at all odd hours, at three in the morning, in the middle of a meal that should be satisfying but isn’t:
Who am I? What am I here to do?
The Mindful Mirror: Reflections of Me is for the person who has asked these questions and found the usual answers keep moving just out of reach. This is not a book about escaping your life. It is a book about seeing it clearly. Drawing on Dr David R. Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, A. Nagraj’s Jeevan Vidya philosophy, and the ancient chakra system, this book
journeys through the full landscape of human emotion, from shame and guilt at the bottom, through fear, anger, and pride, into courage, acceptance, love, joy, and peace.
Each chapter offers not just understanding, but a 21-day journal practice to make that understanding lived. Because real transformation doesn’t come from information, it comes from seeing clearly and then choosing differently.
The mirror has always been there. This book helps you look.

------------Purpose of Life------------
Understanding the Purpose of Life "Ek Do sawalon ka sataya hoon Main, Main kaun hoon, aur kisliye aya hua hoon main?" (I am bothered by one or two questions: Who am I, what have I come here to do?)
This line addresses something deep within us. These are not literary phrases. These are actual questions that wake us up in the middle of the night. They haunt us because, deep down, we realise they matter. Nowadays, spirituality is like a piece of tourism. Everybody goes to Ayodhya, Varanasi, Rishikesh, and other sacred locations. They go there to gather experiences like souvenirs and photo shoots. However, they don't know the fundamentals. They don't even know what they are searching for or why they are going. This book is unique. This book is not about escaping to ashrams or temples. This book is about getting to know yourself, where you are in your home, your workplace, and your relationships. Which Areas of Life Does Purpose Relate To? Knowing your purpose touches every part of your life: Physical Level: Your body becomes a tool for manifesting your purpose, rather than a source of pain or pleasure. Mental Level: Your thoughts become more insightful when you have a reason why you think them. Emotional Level: Your emotions become guides rather than issues when you realise their function. Spiritual Level: Your sense of belonging to life intensifies when you realise where you fit into the bigger picture. Relationship Level: Your relationships with others become better when you know what you're supposed to give and take. What is the purpose of Life? And according to Jeevan Vidya (Life Knowledge), human life's purpose is easy: We are here to know…. That's all. We are here to know ourselves, know others, know life, know how everything coexists. The wisdom here is from Jeevan Vidya, which Shri A. Nagraj has evolved. It is not a religion. It is a method of comprehending life in terms of Sahastitva (coexistence) with nature. In nature, everything is in perfect order, a state known as Vyavastha. The vegetable kingdom, animal kingdom, and mineral kingdom are all in order. They know their role and play it to perfection. But human beings? We are the only ones out of order. We are the ones causing trouble. We are the ones ruining things.
